Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order:
1. you can notify us by email before we have shipped the goods to you;
2. or, where goods have already been shipped, by returning goods to us in accordance with policy below.
Returns and refunds
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
1. In the event that the item(s) has been used, opened bottle or can, you cannot return it for refund or exchange.
2. If any product has been made or customised specifically for you, you cannot return it for refund or exchange.
